The Fire Safety Document and Hot Tub Rules Safety Document must be read as part of these terms and conditions
Arrival – Check Out Times
Guests are welcomed after 4.30pm on the day of arrival and are requested to vacate their rooms by 10am on the day of departure. If we are able to offer an earlier check in or later check out, we will let you know but this may not be known until the actual day. Charges may apply for late check out.
Refundable Damage Bond
A damage bond of £100 is pre-authorised from your credit/debit card a few days prior to arrival and is automatically released after 7 days if it hasn’t been required. The money isn’t actually taken, just ring-fenced in case of damage. We will charge your credit/debit card held against your booking should any damage caused by you or member of your party including dogs fall short of the damage bond held on your account.
Booking Deposits and Cancellations
A non-refundable booking fee/deposit (currently £50) per unit is required to hold the dates. The balance of your stay must be paid 28 days before arrival. If the booking is cancelled less than 28 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made. If the booking is cancelled 28 days or more before arrival then the booking fee/deposit will not be returned. In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged. We strongly advise guests to take out travel insurance* in case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances to cover cases such as – bereavement, medical appointments, medical conditions including Covid-19, illness, adverse weather conditions etc. to include all guests on the booking. Cancellations can only be accepted in writing either by post or email, your stay is NOT cancelled until you receive a cancellation confirmation from Anglesey Holiday Accommodation. If we are able to re-sell your holiday once cancelled, a refund will be made which may be less than you paid depending on actual resale value due to any discounts which may have to be offered and minus a fee of £15 to cover administration and credit/debit card costs as well as the non-refundable booking fee (currently £50). *Your bank may offer travel insurance linked to your bank account and may be worth checking before purchasing a separate policy.
Amendments or Cancellations by US
Should we for reasons beyond our control need to change a booking/room, then we will use all reasonable endeavours to offer you alternative comparable facilities at no additional cost or liability. In these circumstances you may accept or decide to cancel the contract, and accept the return of the booking/reservation fee and any other monies paid in advance. This is the limit of Anglesey Holiday Accommodations responsibility.

Hot Tubs
We will endeavour to ensure your hot tub is freshly filled prior to your check in time, however, at times particularly in peak periods this may not always be possible. We will keep you fully informed. To ensure water quality is always maintained, daily checks will be carried out and if necessary chemicals may be added or in some circumstances the hot tub will be drained and refilled, this may result in the hot tub not being available for a period of time. We do not allow smoking in the hot tub. We will not be held accountable should there be a water shortage for any reason including but not limited to; a hosepipe ban or water outage imposed by Dwr Cymru. We do supply a starter pack of wood (firelighters, kindling and logs) this is provided at the start of your stay. Further supplies are available from our honesty shop. Only certified ready to burn logs or heat logs may be used. DO NOT USE CHARCOAL IN THE HOT TUB STOVE, it may cause damage to the stove and you will be held responsible for said damage. Guests are entirely responsible to ensure instructions are followed by themselves and all members of their party. If in doubt: ASK or DO NO USE.
